12th Kompanie Award System

It will be the responsibility of the Unit Administrator to account for all awards members are eligible for and ones they have received, and to inform the Unit Commander of pending awards

Cuff title "Deutschland": Shall be awarded to any member that has been in the unit 6 months and attended at least three events. The cuff title can only be awarded once the member has attended three events and has been voted on membership.

Infantry/Panzer Assault Badge (bronze): 6 consecutive tactical/living history events or 9 tactical events attended.
Eastern Front Medal: Two days spent at an Eastern front event in which the temperature is 20 degrees or below.

SS/SA Sports Badge (bronze and silver): Shall be awarded to any member that is able to run a 1 kilometer run in full gear in under 18 minutes. Bronze = 18-35 yrs of age. Silver = 35-50 yrs of age.

SS Proficiency Badge: Shall be awarded to any member that is able to at a firing range qualify with a marksman score, The score is to be consistent with the military or a police qualification course.

Sniper Badge: Whomever is designated a sniper team, yes team, that has invested money in an appropriate rifle and scope, and shown knowledge of sniping techniques, will be able to wear the badge after obtaining 30 kills. (kills measured on an honor system within the unit. No more than five kills per event) Upgrades to 2nd Class (fifty kills) and 1st Class (eighty kills). All kills must be recorded at the event attended and verified by both the spotter and anyone holding the rank of Unterscharfuhrer or above. Spotters accrue half points for kills. For earlier sniper impressions, the Iron Cross - 2nd class will be awarded, as the Sniper badges did not come out till 1943.

Tank Destruction Badge (silver and gold): The confirmed kill of an armored personnel carrier or tank by means of a personal weapon (grenade or mine) or mortar/schreck shot. Must be witnessed by one individual One kill = one Silver Award, five kills = one Gold Award.

Anti-Partisan Badge: Total of 10 events with active participation of partisans (bronze). 25 events for (silver), and 50 events for (gold).

Wound Badge (black/silver/gold): Only one event needed to obtain this award, provided that you have been injured during combat scenario. The injury must be such that it would require documented medical attention. Black (1/2), Silver (3/5), Gold (5 or serious injury)

War Merit Cross (2nd Class) with/without Swords: Shall be awarded with swords for service in the U.S. armed forces during which time the National Defense Ribbon is awarded. Shall be awarded without swords to any member displaying meritorious service to the unit or a member that is a police officer, fire fighter or public servant that attended an academy or boot camp that included PT on a daily basis.

Iron Cross - 2nd Class: Awarded for one or more significant actions in a tactical event which displays tactical skill, initiative, and leadership. One witness required.

Iron Cross - 1st Class: Awarded for a single decisive act during a tactical event that displays outstanding tactical skill, initiative, leadership. Can be in either offensive or defensive situations. Requires the award of the IC2 and two witnesses.

Close Combat Clasp: Awarded to a member who attends 15 consecutive tactical events (bronze) history/tactical are acceptable. 30 consecutive tacticals (silver) and 50 consecutive tacticals (gold).

SS long service medal:
Awarded for real time service to the unit. 100 points= 4years, 200 = 8years, 300=12 years respectively.

German Cross (silver/gold): Shall be awarded to any member who displays repeated exemplary service to the unit (silver). Any member who displays repeated exemplary leadership in a tactical situation above and beyond that required for an Iron Cross 1st class (gold).

Knights Cross of the Iron Cross: Any action that saves the life of another member while traveling to, during, or traveling from any event. Must be witnessed by two members of the unit or reliable witnesses, and obtain a unanimous vote by the unit commanding officers.
